Lisa and her team were looking after their IT in house but had started to realise their requirements meant they needed the assistance of a dedicated support partner.
During the initial conversations it became clear there was no managed disaster recovery plan in place and remote users could not access the required information away from the office. Staff were also spending valuable time trying to fix issues.
Enhanced designed and implemented a new network solution, along with a dedicated off-site cloud back up facility. Remote and home users can now access all of the required information and work within the company’s network without having to visit the office. All work is securely backed up and stored offsite in a secure cloud facility. Enhanced also provide a managed monthly support package for each user, both remotely and on premise.
Since working together Enhanced have made additional recommendations and more recently helped with a migration from legacy applications, the latest being a full update of all Microsoft 365 licences and refresh of IT hardware.
